
Chocolate Batter Ingredients
1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Flour
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 teaspoon Water
1 Cup Ground Pecans (Grind in Blender or Food Processor)
4 Heaping Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1⁄2 Bag Mini Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Additional Powdered Sugar (To Coat)

Mix all ingredients together. Form into golf size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-21 minutes. When completely cooled, roll in powder sugar to coat. Makes 34 cookies.
