Pecan Sandies

Chocolate Batter Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter

  • 2 Cups Flour

  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon Water

  • 1 Cup Ground Pecans (Grind in Blender or Food Processor)

  • 4 Heaping Tablespoons Powdered Sugar

  • 1⁄2 Bag Mini Chocolate Chips (Optional)

  • Additional Powdered Sugar (To Coat)

Baking Instructions

325 degrees

  • Mix all ingredients together. Form into golf size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-21 minutes. When completely cooled, roll in powder sugar to coat. Makes 34 cookies.
